In MUR...
This week we will be reviewing for the interim assessment and taking the interim assessment.
We will be working with the Wordly Wise words from lesson 13 this week. Spelling homework is due Thursday this week since we do not have school Friday.
We will take the spelling test on MONDAY, since we do not have school on Friday.
Please check Infinite Campus grades regularly at home so you can keep up with how your child is doing in class.
In MUM...
This week we are continuing to work on area and perimeter of squares, rectangles and composite figures.
Students will receive math homework on Monday that is due by Thursday this week since we do not have school Friday.
This packet will contain a few basic fact worksheets and will also
contain a few pages on the topic that we are working on during the week.
There may also be homework that comes home during the week, of in class
work is not finished in class. This work will be due the following day.

In Writing...
This week we will be finishing up our charter school essays and then working on writing persuasive paragraphs. We will also be spending 1-2 days per week in the lab working on our
typing skills. The free website that we will use is

In History...
I am currently teaching Mrs. Slavik's homeroom class about the American Revolution. We are going to wrap up chapter 10 today (Monday), review tomorrow (Tuesday) and take the quiz on Wednesday (chapters 1-10).
Students were assigned an AT HOME project last week. These projects are due April 5th.

We are currently reading the story Bridge to Terabithia. So far so good!
